The concept for the Neapolitan menu is straightforward. Freshness and quality ingredients are emphasized and arranged as if all the guests were Neapolitan. In addition, some exciting combinations in context of tradition are embraced such as the chef’s champagne risotto.

The wine list features many of Southern Italy’s premiere producers that compliment the chef’s cuisine. If it is your first time to visit Ivo recommends trying at least one pizza from the one of a kind wood-burning oven:

• Cuore napoletano: Chef Ivo’s “the heart of Naples” pizza 2,400 yen

• O’ sole mio: Chef Ivo’s special “sunshine” pizza with smoked mozzarella 2,900 yen
