Tokyo chefs and restaurants are known to occasionally master other countries' culinary cultures so well that they achieve global fame. This is certainly the case for Hisanori Yamamoto, Napule's resident pizza chef who recently returned victoriously from the 2007 World Cup Pizza Championship in Naples, Italy. Viewers can witness his and the rest of the staff's skill as soon as they enter the restaurant - one person may be spinning a pizza and another taking one fresh out of the wood burning oven - considered a prerequisite to great pizza in Italy.

Napule specializes in authentic Neapolitan cuisine and visitors will find more than just great pizza here. Fantastic draft beers to match various pizzas, and a respectable Italian wine list to match the rest, in what is a vibrant, luminescent space that sends one's heart and mind on vacation to good old Napule.
